HURRICANE HELENE RELIEF - Donations
We are now collecting donations to send to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) for Hurricane Helene relief. As you know, at least 213 people have died in this epic storm, and many more are missing across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and North Carolina. Those in the mountains of North Carolina are especially hard hit, with the most deaths, the most property damage, limited incomes, and no flood insurance.
You may make an online donation via Vanco at www.theunitedchurch.org/giving by selecting the United Methodist Committee on Relief, or write a check to The United Church with “UMCOR - Hurricane Helene” in the memo line. Any amount will be appreciated and put to immediate use.

We're at the corner of 20th and G Streets NW. Our church is easily accessible by foot, car, Metrorail, or Metrobus. No matter how you travel, there's a simple way to get to The United Church.
